Shipping and Returns



* Returns apply only if the merchandise to be returned has not been used or washed. In this case, we will proceed according to the following policies:

* The AZAI merchandise must be received within 15 days from the date of the mailing notification email, sent by the website. It must be in marketable state with all the labels attached.
* In the case of shoes, they must be without any brand or evidence of use and in their original packaging. Swimwear must be returned with the original sanitary liner and all packaging intact.
* Merchandise marked as final sale on is not returnable.
* Refunds for merchandise received as a gift will be credited to the buyer.
* Refunds will be credited to the customer approximately within 10 days after the return processing date. The customer will receive the refund through a Credit Slip that will be sent via email.
* Merchandise acquired in AZAI STORE stores or another authorized seller must be      returned to the original store and will be subject to the return policy of the store where it was purchased. In this way you can only make refunds of goods purchased on the website  




If you made your purchase through a GUEST CHECK OUT, you must:

* Go to RETURNS MANAGER the  option in your user profile

* Follow the RETURN PROCESS listed below.




Open the order where the product is located, click on the RETURN button and then complete the form. 
After filling the form, you will receive a confirmation of reuest email. This request will be evaluated in an estimated time of 48 HRS. Then you will receive an e-mail where you will be notified if your application was approved or denied.
If your application was approved, you must print the return label that you will find as an attachment in the e-mail notification of approval. Paste this return label on the outside of your shipping package. (cover old labels or barcodes). 
Print the return authorization sheet that attached in the e-mail notification of approval. Then enter this return authorization form inside the package. 
Using the shipping company of your choice, send the package to the address found in the return label.
Notice: Cash on delivery packages returns will not be accepted, neither returns by hand. We are not responsible for any lost packages in the mail.
